Thank u. I know that insulin levels are at Peak when you wake up and after workouts so I try to have the most high GI carbs at those time. That's why my breakfast is so big and loaded, and my postmeal is about 70g of fast acting carbs. I down my chicken first and then I eat the rice and use it as a shuttling agent that helps get the protein into the muscles faster. Other than that I have my sweet potatoes; low GI for steady insulin release. I'm still learning a lot.
