          • I wait about 1.5hours after food intake to go train, I like oats and bananas preworkout feel like I have better energy and better pumps

                6.5oz chicken
                3/4cup white rice

                had a shake to hold me back for a bit, can't really eat after working out I usually have no appetite so I have protein in water and wait a bit until I'm a little hungry
