I fluctuate with my fiber/veggies due to redundancy. Numerically they work for me. Low cals, high fiber/Protein and I do like that it's high in sodium, I need it. I don't do refried beans, just right out of can, warm to desired taste.
And when I meant for cutting weight, it's high fiber content will keep you going.
Chicken was done on skillet for 2hrs, just S&P....goya beans, nothing added. Basmati rice, avocado and i had 6 homemade tacos. My splurge were the 6 tortillas, and even then, those macros from them aren't bad at all.
